How much do the tokens cost?
How does the trade-in system work?
Each small plush you win in the claw machines are worth 1 point. Around the store, you’ll find larger plushies/prizes labeled with a point value—this shows how many small plushies you need to trade in to claim the item. Please note: Only small plushies can be traded; chips and keychains are not eligible for trade-ins.
How many tokens does each machine need?
Most claw machines with small plush prizes require 1-2 tokens per play. Our “cut-the-rope” machines with XL plushies are 2 tokens per play, and the photo booth is 6 tokens. Occasionally, we feature special edition collectibles, which may require a varying number of tokens.
Do I have to trade in my plushies? Can I keep the plushies I win?
All plushies are yours to keep! However, if you’d prefer, you can trade them in for other prizes of your choice.
Can I ask for help to reset or rearrange the toys in a claw machine?
Absolutely! We’re happy to help adjust the machine to make it easier for you to get the toy you want.
Can I purchase the bigger plushies instead of trading in?
No, our larger plushies are available exclusively through our trade-in system. We believe the fun is in the thrill of playing, collecting, and trading up!
Can I trade my small plush for a different small plush in the claw machines?
We don’t offer direct trades for different toys in the claw machines, but we’re more than happy to rearrange the machine to make it easier for you to win the one you want!
Can I trade my plushies for trading cards or other collectibles in the store?
No, trades can only be made for items with a blue bear-shaped tag indicating a point value. Other collectibles in the store are available for purchase only.
Can I save the plushies I win and bring them back next time to trade up?
No, trades must be made with plushies won on the same visit.
